CLASSES ARE RESERVED AND PAID FOR IN ADVANCE THROUGH OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE START OF CLASS.

WE REQUEST THAT ANY CANCELLATIONS BE MADE AT LEAST 8 HOURS BEFORE CLASS (THE “CANCELLATION WINDOW”) TO ENSURE THAT OTHER MEMBERS CAN ACCESS THE STUDIO. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE CANCELLATION WINDOW CLOSES, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A LATE CANCEL AND WILL BE CHARGED A LATE CANCELLATION PENALTY. FOR LIMITED MEMBERSHIP AND CLASS CREDIT MEMBERS, YOUR CREDIT WILL BE FORIFITTED. UNLIMITED MEMBERS RECEIVE COMPLIMENTARY LATE CANCELATION FEES.

IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION ONE HOUR BEFORE OR DO NOT ATTEND YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS, A $35 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL MEMBERS AND RESERVATIONS.

DUE TO THE SMALL, DARK NATURE OF OUR STUDIOS, LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INTO CLASS AFTER THE CLASS HAS STARTED. FOR THIS REASON ABOVE, WE DO NOT OFFER A GRACE PERIOD, AND LATE AND NO-SHOW FEES WILL APPLY.

COACHES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, AND CLASSES ARE TO CANCELLATION WITHOUT NOTICE. WHEN POSSIBLE, AN EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE WILL BE SENT IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE. SUBJECT TO ANY OPT-OUT YOU ELECT, YOU CONSENT TO RECEIVE NOTICES FROM US ABOUT CLASS.

IF A CLASS IS FULL, TRY THE WAITLIST — IT WORKS! WHEN A SPOT BECOMES AVAILABLE TWO HOURS BEFORE CLASS, AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT TO LET YOU KNOW. DON’T FORGET THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL YOUR WAITLIST RESERVATION IF YOU CAN NO LONGER MAKE IT TO AVOID CANCELLATION PENALTIES.

SAFETY IS CRUCIAL, AND THEREFORE, OUR TRAINED COACHES PROVIDE CORRECTIVE TOUCHES DURING CLASSES TO ENSURE THAT CLIENTS ARE SAFE AND MAINTAIN CORRECT FORM.

UNATTENDED CHILDREN AND PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE STUDIO.

A VALID AND ACTIVE CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BE ON YOUR ACCOUNT AT ALL TIMES. FAILUED TRANSACTIONS WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP OR CREDIT USE BEING PAUSED, AND A $25 REINSTATEMENT FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE ACCOUNT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE MONTH PROMOTION

​1. Eligibility
1.1. This promotion is available to select new members only and can only be redeemed in-studio.
1.2. A new member is defined as someone who has not previously had an active membership within the previous twelve months.
1.3. To be eligible, participants must sign up for a membership and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Promotion Details
2.1. Eligible members will receive one (1) month of free membership.
2.2. The free ends 30 days after the start of the promotional offer.
2.3. Normally, billing will start the day following the end of the promotion.

3. Membership Activation and Billing
3.1. A valid credit card or payment method is required on the account at all times.
3.2. Applicable fees, such as service charges and late and no-show fees, still apply.
3.2. At the end of the free month, regular membership fees will automatically apply unless the membership is canceled according to the terms outlined in Section 4.

4. Restrictions
4.1. Members may not request cancellation of their membership during the free month period.
4.2. Members may not request to adjust, modify, or downgrade their membership plan during the free month period.
4.3. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions may result in the termination of the free month promotion and immediate billing of the regular membership fees and applicable fees.

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Members are unable to request cancellation or member freeze during the free month period.
5.2. Once the free month period expires, cancellation and member freeze requests may resume following the membership terms and conditions.

6. General Conditions
6.1. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2. The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.

7. Acceptance of Terms
7.1. By participating in this promotion, members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to this promotion shall be resolved according to the company’s standard terms and conditions.
