It’s perfect for a quick breakfast on the go or a refreshing snack to give you an energy boost throughout the day.


INGREDIENTS NEEDED (Yield: 2 Servings)


To make this healthy Apple Pie Fall Smoothie, you will need the following ingredients:


  • 2 Medium apples, cored

  • 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • Pinch of ground cardamom

  • Honey or maple syrup (optional to sweeten)


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and to your desired consistency

  2. Taste and add honey if you want to sweeten
